In this video they do a multi shot and the audio stays the same when they change angles as if they used 2 cameras but only used on. How can I do this when making films to make it look like i used multiple cameras but only using one?

Welcome to filmmaking.net!
That was shot with one camera - almost all movies are
shot with one camera.
He shot the scene with the guy on the phone in the hall.
Then he took the camera inside the apartment and shot
the entire scene (all the dialogue) facing the door - including
following the guy in the towel as he moved around.
Then he moved the camera over to the door and shot the
entire scene again - the whole thing, all the dialogue and
actors moving around.
Then he moved the camera and shot the medium shot of
the guy on the phone - that's the shot you see with the
mirror in the background.
Then he moved the camera and shot that shot from inside
the refrigerator.
Then he moved the camera and shot that close up of the
guy in the towel sitting on the floor - the one where you
see the kitchen in the background.
Then he moved the camera and shot that close up of the
guy in the towel sitting on the floor - the shot looking
down on him.
And he did this over and over until he got all the angles
he needed. And he shot the entire scene - including all
the dialogue and all the actors blocking - with each camera
set up. When he got into the editing room he had all the
audio from each take and each set up and he edited it all
together to create relatively seamless audio.

Thanks! Now my last 2 questions are:
If I am doing a party scene and there is music playing, how do i record it with one camera without having the music sound like it gets cut off at every angle?
And the last question is did they also use one camera for this?

Thanks a lot!!

You shoot the entire scene without music playing at all. Then when you have
finished editing you put in the music.
Yes. Only one camera was used in that video, too. Four set ups: The master shot
(what you saw at the beginning) - the shot of the guy in glasses, the shot of the
girl and the shot of the other guy. Then the sequence was edited together.

Don't get offended; I meant the last one as a joke, since some people tend to get annoyed by questions that can easily be answered by Google...
