I'm Carlo actor/writer, I've been in a few films as suporting roles and extra, but how do I start a film company? Are there contracts needed to sign? How do I get the name of my company copywritten, is it the same as getting a screenplay copywritten? I would like any input. My first step was that I have just created an email account for my film company, already.
