Hi my name is Walter and i'm new at this place, and also somewhat new in the field of film. I have some experience with local television and video-editing. Mainly shooting sports-, news-, and even some drama-, programs on 3chip mini-dv machines. However editing and scripting is new to me. I do have some ideas on what i want to have on film, and how it should look en sound. Also i have a idea what kind of actors i want to "contract". How do i start?, I will need some material to use to apply to either the Netherlands Film & Television Academy or the School for Higher Art Eduction in Utrecht.. both (BA/Hons)-level education filmschools.

It depends if your trying to acually release it to the big screen or not. If thats what your trying to do, i suggest you try to get a agent first. If its for fun, then you could ask friends or people you know who would fit your part. Thats what i would do. It really depends their are many aspects to film making.
