A prop list depends on your project. There is no general list.

Not every project will need, for example, briefcases. If the movie takes place pre 1980
no one will be using cell phones. What you need to do is go through the script carefully
noting any props mentioned and expanding on that with your own understanding of
the scene. This is part of the breakdown process that is usually done by the prop master.

So you make a lost of the props needed for each scene rather tan use a previously made
list or template. for example, I have a prop list for the western I an shooting in March. I
suspect that list of props for a movie that takes place in 1868 wouldn't help you much.
