You know whats easier, make t-shirts. Give some of your crew t-shirts that say "Filming in Progress" "Do Not Disturb" etc. Then have them stand in strategic locations to intercept people and inform them on what is going on. Its easier than making signs and reusable. I use them all the time, just to be careful, but thats partially because I was almost arrested once, even though I cleared the fact with the Police Dept. that I was going to be filming in a certain location. Nothing in the world is more embarassing then having your entire cast get cuffed and hauled to the pig station, just to have the Chief look at you and say, "Oh,Yeah! Its this kid! Sorry kiddo, I forgot." And the shirts work better because there are some people who are just plain retarded and ignore the signs anyway and come walking into the shot and act all suprised, "I didn't know you were filming! Why didnt you post it?!?!" Then they spend the next hour apologising and wasting your time. Just my opinon though.

Sorry it's taken me a while to respond on this one. I've been away for a few weeks. The T'Shirts seem like a really good idea. Thanks for your advice and taking time out to help.

I agree that there are some really stupid people around and I suppose you can never underestimate just how dumb some can be ?:)?
