Okay, some nitpicks on your site. I know a lot of it is filler for now, Im just spitting out my impressions.

I would change the release date. In the US we do month/day/year and Europe does day/month/year. To avoid confusion you should probably just put Aug 31, 2008.

The DVD page the 3d picture is nice, but you really want the DVD there to show the packaging and everything. Also a list of features if you have audio commentary (you should, takes a bit of time but sounds impressive and increases the odds indie filmmakers will buy) or something.

The title on top of each page is different and seems to have come from a template. One says ourcoffee, another home, about us. These should be specific to the links that bring you there.

The page itself has the web address OurCoffee.html but the head of each page says The Identity. I think The identity is the name of the film, so why not identity.html or IdentityTheMovie.html

The first page, the one with the trailer coming soon, should say something about the film. It should have a movie poster. It should blow the people away. This is your splash page, the most important page.

Wallpapers? Realistically do you think you'll have fans so gung ho for your movie they'll want to download wallpapers? I don't want to knock your film all but the biggest blockbusters can safely skip this sort of thing. If your movie takes off, then you can go back and redo the site. I would use this banner space to list crew to keep writer/director and such separate from the actors listed under Cast.

No cast list? This should be the easiest to fill with info if your movie is in Production or Post-production. Picture of cast members. Link to IMDB if they have one.

Seventh. Look at the alignment of your trailer, the images, and the order page and contact page. The banner picture stays the same but on these the content shifts from left to right all over the place.

The big problem with the page is it tells us nothing except the movie is coming in August and it has a brunette with a gun in it.

You asked for ideas though, not nit-picks so lets see. That's hard without knowing more about the film. Still...

I think you've got too many pages and your navigation dominates. Navigation is important but you're trying to sell a movie, not create a super-complicated site. Sell a movie.

Most of what you want to show can be off of a single page and that page should have a movie poster, a big ad, that sells the movie. I'm thinking the Clerks webpage which is simple and elegant:

http://viewaskew.com/clerks/

Other movie poster examples:
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=movie%20poster&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi

I would base your own movie poster on one of the following images (or both):

Those are your most striking images and they have a dark bluish color you should try to duplicate throughout all your material. Because they are dark white or red writing will stand out nicely.

Now, navigation is important, but look how that Clerks site did it. They are inconsistant, but most pages have a small navigation bit at the very bottom of each page. If you don't immediately hit the back button the navigation can easily be found on the bottom of each page. Not taking up space. Also notice the feedback on the bottom of the Clerk's main page rather than it's own page and instead of a form it's an html generated email which is a bit more standard.

Next, i'd make my text match. You have a nice font for that Identity banner. Use that on every page for headings. Contact Us, Available on DVD, Trailer coming, all should use that same font. Same with the poster on the splash page. This will bring the entire thing together.

lastly, that Clerks example has a ton of useless shit. It's a good example but it's far from perfect.

That's what I would do. Now I don't know much about your movie so what I say may be totally worthless but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway as I fought with these questions myself.
