Which school is best ?
But I have done my bachelor in management
And want to study further in film so I can enhance my art

Youtube is a great resource. I learned a lot from there. Davinci Resolve is a great piece of free software that has tons of tutorials online.
Start there, get together with friends, and start making shorts. Learn as you go.
Online sites like Udemy are also a great resource for inexpensive classes. I don't think in this day and age, it makes sense to go to film school.
Just my 3 cents.
