hi, i kinda need some help. in less than a week i'll be taking an entrance exam at the faculty of dramatic arts in my town. i'm applying for their dramaturgy program. the information that was given about the test was rather brief, all i know is that it consists of two parts - 1. writing an essay on a given topic + duscussion, and 2. writing a scene or synopsis, also accompanied by discussion. a list of must-read books was added, along with a list of movies, and naturally, i read and watched all of them. i also did some research about dramaturgy in general, downloaded e-books on the topic, etc., but the thing is, i still don't feel quite ready, even though i've done all that was listed as a thing i should do before the exam, and more. i'm asking those who already have taken an exam like this, or similar, or anyone that might be able to help, really, to share their experience, tell me what exactly to focus on, maybe suggest some literature or exercises or whatever that might be of use now.
