i am new to this and am searching for a very good video digital camera ,no System and with large pixel and disk size, with night vision and catering wide screen ,could you please let me know which Camera would be good and where can I get one.

Well, at this point the cameras I'd look at would be:
Canon XL2
Panasonic DVX100
Sony FX1
Sony Z1
The first two are DV with true widescreen, and can also record at 24 frames per second if you want a 'film-like' frame rate. The second two are HD DV and true widescreen (and can also record DV if you prefer), but lack the 24fps mode if that's something you'd want (though with the Z1 you can record 25fps and then use a smart deinterlacing program and slow it down 4% in post).
However, I don't think any of them have that 'night vision' feature.
Personally I'm in the process of buying a Z1: in most respects it's the best camera around at the moment for under about $50k, and it doesn't look like there'll be a real no-brainer competitor for at least a year (JVC and Panasonic have new cameras coming out, but both have disadvantages as well as advantages). Plus I may be moving to Canada at the end of next year, so being PAL->NTSC switchable as a menu option is fairly important to me :).
