What's your budget? I've seen some awesome pre-fab tracking that is relatively inexpensive, but if you're looking no-budget D.I.Y., then search some forums and google it. If I remember right, then videomaker.com/forums had a really cool one some guy had made. Also, for D.I.Y. stuff I personally love dvxuser.com, in there D.I.Y. section.
