I have a bedroom I want to shoot in. It has framed posters of old classic movies on the wall and a framed picture of The Beatles Abbey Road cover. Is there any issue with them appearing in my film? There are no closeups or standalone shots and the characters do not refer to them.

If you hope to find distribution you must get permission. Usually there
will be no issues with film festivals.
