OK these were highly entertaining. I think we have a future Quinten Tarantino here.

Why did you shoot the bartender in the first film? The bartender never gets shot.

But again, great job!!

Making muzzle flashes is not that hard, but it is computer intensive. I've had it freeze up a few computers on me. You have to take the frame where you want the muzzle flash, and export it into an image manipulation program. Then, you get a picture of a muzzle blast on a black background off the internet. You lay this over the frame, and blur the edges. Voila! instant muzzle flash. Import it back into your editing program, and then make it the right size, and increase the brightness for that frame. Then increase slightly the brightness in the frame after.
If you go to ?url? http://www.detonationfilms.com/tutorials.htm?/url?
they have a step by step tutorial for pretty much all editing software.

They were fun, some cool moments.

What I don't get is why a lot of people used really horrendous screamo music for action sequences... I mean damn, it's painful to listen to.

I had fun watching these.

I don't really have any suggestions as far as the video goes, but one thing that can make a huge difference is continuity.

For instance. In the first film, the bartender gets shot in the right arm. Yet in the second film, he is wearing a sling on his left arm. These mistakes happen all the time in movies, but when you're dealing with a short film, it's probably all that more noticeable. Obviously, it's not going to make or break your film alone, but it's something to think about for the future.

Overall I just like these, it's obvious you guys have fun making them and they're fun to watch. Good job.
