I've been eyeing Sony Vegas either the regular
$99 one or the upgraded for $150. My Budget
is Under $150.

I want a good basic editing program for editing
my Super 8 films. So far i've been transferring to
DV and then using Windows Movie Maker and a trial
version of Ulead. But I want something AFFORDABLE
and BETTER than those programs.

i would also very much reccomend sony vegas as a good affordable upgrade from movie maker. it is very easy to use as has some very good features for the price it is. If i was you i would download the free 30 day trial from sony's website.
