Let me begin by appoligizing for asking a frequent and annoying question.
I need help finding a camera. I'm looking for something that would be pretty good with shooting sports. I make alot of skateboarding, moutain biking, and snowboarding related films. I've been looking into the Canon GL2 and the Paasonic VX2100. Has anyone had much experence with any of these? I'm leaning toward the GL2 mainly becuase of the price. I would like to stay under a $1000. Althoght the canon retails for about $2500, I found a webite that will sell it to me for $949 (www.royalcamera.com). Which brings me to my next point, has anyone used this site before?

thanks so much in advance!

I typed "Royal Camera" into Google . It seems they are known by several names: BWAYPHOTO.COM, A&M, Royal Camera, Digital Liquidators - check out theses links:

And even this YouTube video is pretty funny

I've never ordered from them, but the customer ratings aren't very good.

And check out these threads on cameras:

You'll probably do best saving up a few hundred dollars more and buying a GL2 off ebay.
