I'm not trying to add to the hundreds of questions about "which camera to buy". Everyone has their own preferences and opinions when it comes to that subject. Instead, I'm asking where to buy a camera. Are there any trustworthy online stores?

Wherever you buy from, check sites like www.resellerratings.com before you do; they have lots of reviews and feedback on different online stores.

You can't go wrong with http://www.bhphotovideo.com/

I bought my camera at ?url?www.buydig.com?/url?. They commonly have very low prices, and when I purchased from them they responded quickly. I chose free, or 7-9 day shipping, and recieved my package in 3 days. I did have a problem, where they were having difficulty verifing my credit card, but I believe that was the cards company, and it didn't effect the price in any way. I would recommend them, as they have good customer service, and, while they don't have as complete a setup, commonly have much better prices than bhphotovideo.

I nearly bought from them. They are a scam, and you do not want to buy anything from them. When I was first getting a camera, then I nearly bought there. If you compare their prices, you'll find how really ridiculous they are. I did research on them. If you look at any review sites, you'll find it is a scam. If you goog earth their listed location, you'll find it's actually the location of another photography store whose title contains a J, I can't exactly remember now. Don't buy from them, as you will be scammed in a variety of ways.

www.resellerratings.com is an excellent resorce. It helped my narrow down my choice of where to buy and now I'm picking out the cameras in my price range.
