Ive got to do this art assignment, and ive chosen video as my medium. Im only 16 and am real noob to the film making stuff.
Im gonna use windows movie maker (the new one) and ive just got some questions.
is there anyway i can have 2 shots overlapping each other so it kinda looks like this....
?:)??8? <-- thats the first shot
?8??:)? <-- thats the seccond
?:)??8??:)? <-- and thats the 2 shots merged so the 2 smily faces
(that represent me) look to be in the same place.
i was also interested in doing a blue screen effect so it could look as if i would be in another place.. that possible?
im kinda looking for maybe an advanced movie making program trial thingy, thats easy to use aswell.
what school do you go to?

wow coincidence lol
You really need to be looking at something like Adobe Premiere (for PC) or Final Cut (for Mac), check Ebay for second hand older versions, there's a lot of dodgy "cracked" software on there but also some legit second hand stuff. Windows Movie Maker type programs I don't really know but I think they're pretty basic, bluescreen is definitely out.
