Hey,
My family has this currently unused MicronPC. (1ghz, 64mb video card, unknown ram, unknown hard drive) I also have a PC of my own. (Athlon XP 1600+, 64mb video card, 512mb SDRAM, 40gb but soon 80gb hard drive, Good sound card) Would there be any benefit to filmmaking if I were to use this other PC as well?

About the only thing I can think of would be to use it for 3D animation: a lot of programs let you render on multiple PCs at the same time, to speed up the process.
