Does anyone know anything about being able to shoot from a helicopter or an airplane?
Wich camera should I choose that would also suppport the 4:2:2 format?

Many companies actually go and specifically get shots like that and you just pay them a fee to use them. For example if you are watching a travel show about Brazil and there are some arial shots of Rio, most likely those shots were bought and added to the show. I can't quite remember the prices on these things but you normally buy a disc with several different shots of that type to use. It was borderline on expensive and not.... depending on what you get out of your project.
