Hello everyone would anyone know why when in adobe premiere I do a freeze frame and when i export it to my DV camera it is very choppy and the image is jumping all over the place? Has this happened to anyone? if it did could anyone explain why. I really want a cool piece where i show these band members doing something then i freeze frame them and display the freeze frame in black and white. Thanks for any help

You'll need to deinterlace the still if there's any significant motion in the shot.
