How do you film 360 degree angle shots around the actor without moving the camera? The camera shakes and tilts while doing it. I could use some help.
In House of the Dead the actors were put on moving platforms so that the camera could remain still. Of course then your background doesn't move so the look is different.
You could use a steadycam and well trained operator.
You could build a dolly track and frame the shot to avoid showing the ground.
You could use a poor mans dolly (Wheelchair or something) and hope for the best.

To get a smooth shot like that you need the equiment and the skills.
