Looks good.
One thing that would improve the trailer is to give us some idea of the plot. At the moment there is no sense of what is at stake.
I reckon you should present the audience with a question that they want the answer to, so they'll go and watch the film.
As it is, you only get a sense of the genre and the fact it's something to do with the cops.
