Are you a writer working on an idea for a television drama? If so Raindance Film has a course with Clive Bradley, an experienced television writer and most recently the lead writer for City of Vice on Channel Four who will help you to move from the idea stage to the scene writing stage. The course covers many useful topics for script development including the differences between writing film and television drama, the evolution of the British television drama, how to develop your characters from the very first episode, as well as use of examples from a wide range of popular British and American dramas. Each class will include work shopping of participant work, providing a great opportunity to get your ideas heard by other writers. By the end of the course all participants will have a proposal or a treatment for their television drama idea.
