Golden Leaf Productions, LLC (GLP) is currently in a formal search for three film producers to join its managerial production unit. Golden Leaf Productions, LLC endeavors to make feature films that exhibit cinematic excellence, resonate with the growth of human compassion, and lead to profitable sales.

Golden Leaf Productions, LLC is currently seeking to grow by taking two fundamental steps:

1. Attract three (3) Equity Investing Producers (EIP) who share the vision of growing a motion picture production company
2. Produce and distribute a feature film

An EIP will be an acting member of GLP and will acquire this right by investing an equity sum in the company. In turn, members will retain an equity share in the company and become acting managers, analogous to partners in a partnership.

The three EIPs will be creatively focused individuals who see film as a medium to achieve a balance between artistic expression and financial gain. A strong screenplay, in the hands of passionate, resourceful, and capable professionals, can obtain funding and find distribution. Such a professional requires exceptional business, interpersonal, and organizational skills, coupled with a strong resolve to tell an innovative visual story.

Becoming one of the producers will require a $10,000 investment in the company. The equity will be used to finance and execute a business plan that defines a flexible strategy for project development and packaging so that GLP can be in a position to procure financing for a feature film.
