This summer, Penguin Books is publishing The Missing, a gripping thriller about a terrifying killer and the games he plays with the CSI agent trying to capture him.

To launch this new title, Penguin is running a competition for all budding filmmakers. All the entrants need to do is create a gripping 30-40 second trailer of suspense and terror, which leaves the audience desperate to know more about The Missing. The winning trailer will be shown this summer at London?s Odeon Leicester Square for one week.

The filmmakers don?t need top-of-the-range equipment ? just imagination, and an ability to communicate the ideas and plot of the novel through a trailer.
