Hey everyone,
I recently finished producing a Oscar, Billy Crystal style sketch for a breast cancer charity gala dinner. It was the 2nd annual one, that ties into the story so I thought I would mention it. Anyway, if you've got some time check it out, just looking for feedback.

Ahhh that was brilliant! Definately my kind of humour ?:D? Laughed so much. Some great camerawork too, overall looked pro.
A little of the sound was a bit off, eg in the streets when he misses the show for the first time- just a little to much background noise and the cuts were a bit noticeable.
And did you deinterlace the footage when he arrives at the show? Or did you leave it like that to make it look as if it was on TV?
Anyway, they didn't really detract from what was an excellent short. NIce one mate, do more!

Thanks rizzo, audio is definitely my worst enemy, I'm investing in some new equipment so on the top of my list is a quality shotgun mic. The scene when he arrives at the show was shot on different HD cameras then the one I used to shoot the rest of the film, but I just left it because like you said it gave it that look and feel that he was entering an actual event not just a staged part of the film.
Anyway, thanks for the comments!
