Perhaps some of you have heard of BITS Pilani. BITS is one of the premier engineering colleges in India, boasting over 5000 of the country's brightest young minds as its student population. As a part of the annual cultural festival of BITS Pilani, known as Oasis, a movie-making competition Metamorphosis is held every year.

Metamorphosis is a two-round movie making competition. The first round requires you to submit a short film of maximum 4 minutes, The entries should be submitted on or before 8th October, 2009, on the website www.metamorphosis.ibibo.com. The shortlisted entries would be put up on the same site on 10th October, 2009.

All the entries which are selected for the second round will be given a specific theme by the organizers of this competition, based on which the participants must make a short film. The films made in the second round will be evaluated by a panel of noted judges during the festival Oasis, which occurs from 27th to 31st October.

Apart from winning the movie making festival of one of the most prestigious colleges of the nation, the winner would also be awarded with a large amount of prize money.
