There's a slimy monster, a lady android and a blinded pilot who needs her protection. Alternately, she cannot function without the pilot's unique bio-signature, so this is a relationship story. ?:)?
I shot this with the HVX200, in Utah's volcano country and Las Vegas. The shoot wss 19 days, plus 2 travel days.

Gabs1515, I went to your site and saw some of your fave movies listed. You have good taste! You even had CRITTERS on there, which I loved. Dee Wallace is in that underrated flick. Just rewatcher her in the fantastic CUJO, the other night.
I'm really glad that you enjoyed EXILE. If you go to the Special Features, move your cursor to the right of OFF WORLD and it will reveal a 90 second Easter Egg.

I really did like EXILE. The story was really solid and I've seen worse acting in Millions of dollars budget movies. I won't critique the effects because I knew what kind of money was behind it and I watched the extra feature on it so it helped to understand it also. But they weren't bad at all (The venom suck scene was awesome). If I ever get any extra money I wanna see your THE AWAKENING, the premise just sounds amazing.

THE AWAKENING is a fun romp. Rad scenes like where super strong Lara smacks a guy and his head flies off! It was made for only $5,900, so the sets aren't that great, but it's 100 minutes long and has a layered story and some really cool characters. Of course, the action and effects are very good. 2 YouTube trailers here:
