Born in Kerman (Iran) in 1941. At 15, he won the Worldwide Huge Award for Painting at Azarbayedjan (Iran). He completed in 1964 at the University of Excellent Artistry in Painting and Statue, after finishing their research in Iran, went to Britain to further his research, where he remained from 1968 to 1975. During his property in Britain, operating as an artist-painter and restorer of painting, and on its benefits, the Iranian Embassy in London, uk suggested to research the efficiency and recovery of art things in the nation's nationwide art gallery.
