Earlier this year I produced a feature film called Blue Collar Boys and we have our first teaser trailer ready for viewing. The film is currently in editing and will be gearing up for a 2010 release into the festival circuits and hopefully nationwide distribution after that.
Joining back up with old friends and colleagues, we created a film from the heart. We've all worked blue collar jobs to keep us alive and the budget from the film was saved from weekly blue collar paychecks as well as most of the story being formed through true life events.
Please watch the trailer then stop by the official facebook page and become a fan so we can keep you up to date on all news for the upcoming movie. Feel free to help spread the word. We can use all the help we can get to create a buzz over the next few months.

More about the film:
?Blue Collar Boys? was inspired by true events and the screenplay is a collage of real life experiences from the family, friends and co-workers of the writer/director, Mark Nistico. The story is centered around Charlie Redkin (Red) a 27 year-old construction worker set on self improvement, as he struggles to provide for his family during their economic strife. Motivated by their financial hardship, Red and his lifelong friends fall into a lifestyle of hatred and thirst for revenge. Together, they are faced with a dilemma that will test their morals, faith, and ultimately their loyalties to each other. In a world that refuses to let the working man thrive, they want a better way.

Congrats on winning best picture at the Toronto Independent film festival. That's quite the feat I must say. Film looks extremely good so I'll have to find a watch to watch it. Any idea if you plan to release it on DVD?
