We believe that climate change is one of the biggest challenges that Europe is facing and so we are challenging young people to shoot a 1-minute film on the topic of how to create a better environment. The top three film-makers will win a share of ?1750 and a trip to Brussels to see their films screened in the European Parliament in October.
