We are happy to present the First Annual Haydenfilms Online Film Festival! Haydenfilms is introducing a new way for independent, and student film producers to showcase their work, and get credit at the same time!
The Haydenfilms Online Film Festival is open to all student and independent films that have been created for production of all media. All genres will be accepted for review, including shorts, animation, experimental, and documentary.
Each entry received for the Haydenfilms Online Film Festival must be accompanied with a completed Haydenfilms Official Submission Form.
Eligibility Requirements:
* Submissions to the Haydenfilms Online Film Festival can be shot or created in any format (Film, digital video, animation, flash, etc.).
* All films must be in English or subtitled in English.
* Maximum length of submission is 10 minutes.
* Producers may edit a special sequence of their work that otherwise meets the contest requirements for submission.
* Major motion picture studio films are not eligible.
* Submission format: DVD-R at XP quality (Full screen Hi-resolution)
* All films must be submitted with proper releases for on-screen talent, voice and music - plus an affidavit of copyright of the author (writer and/or producer and/or director).
* All films be submitted with a small filmmakers biography and back story no more than 300 words in length.
How to Submit:
* You can submit your student film using the Haydenfilms Official Submission Form. The fee is $30.00 for each submission. All entries must be received by May 15, 2005.

* Employees of Haydenfilms LLC are not eligible.
What if I am accepted?
* Professors of media, as well as film industry experts and others will select FINALISTS.
* Finalists will receive a Haydenfilms Marketing Kit (including 500 business cards, marketing poster, and Haydenfilms apparel) to help promote your film on our site.
* All qualified films will be shown on the Haydenfilms Online Film Festival website beginning June 30, 2005 through August 30, 2005.
What if I win?
* Grand prize Online Film Festival winner will receive $10,000.00.
* Top three finalists will receive a HF Filmmaker's prize package including Movie Magic Screenwriter software by Write Brothers, and other affiliate prizes valuing up to $1500
* The winner of the Festival will be based on our interactive online viewer voting system.
* The decision of the online viewers is FINAL.
