I'm a lover of any genre but if I had to pick I'd pick action.

Pornos.
I'm just throwing it out there.
(It probably isn't a good idea having this as my first post ?:p?)

Nah, I'm just kidding. I really enjoy watching comedies, therefore I like making them. I have also dabbled with ideas that are Drama and Horror though.

I personally love the Sci-Fi and Action/Adventure genres, but the scripts I've written are dramas... go figure...

Horror. Well Bad B-Movie Horror. I think those films are the most fun to watch.

I'm a little odd, I prefer writing comedy, but I prefer directing something with a little more heart. Drama, or thriller type pieces mainly. I've done a bit of comedy, nothing serious, but would like to write and direct a comedy with some depth in the future. Never been a fan of watching horrors, so doubt I ever go that route. Although I think it would be fun to direct, but there'd need to be something unique about the story. The 'scariest' movies I've seen IMO are Candyman and The Cell, which isn't even categorized as a horror. Both were smart, subtle and somehow real; so if I could do something like those I'd be pretty ecstatic.

Directing anything quite frankly gets me excited 🙂

I am a writer/director and I prefer science fiction films. They have the greatest room for creativity, in my humble opinion. They are also the most fun to watch!

Also, though I would never write a screenplay in these genres, I wouldn't mind directing an action/adventure or a thriller film.
