I am curious, what is missing in the independent film realm - services (what type), equipment, crew, cost effectiveness, studio space, what?

What are some of your needs, wants, ideals on your wish list - from start to finish of your creative endeavor?

What are your gripes, frustrations? What are your hindrances?

How do you all feel about all coming together to help create a model of your dream scenario of a place to get what you need to create?

I want to hear about everything that makes for a stumbling block from inception of a project to post.

I want to know what irritates you about things as they stand in the indie world in current services?

I know that cost is always a huge stumbling block. So, you tell me, what are some possible remedies to this issue?

Basically, I want to know your wish list?

I have been studying this for a bit. I see some of the stumbling blocks - cost, space, crew, equipment, post, tech, so many things. But I want to hear from you.

There are so many amazing voices and works that come from indie. It's pure, and creates and rallies from a place, perspective, and spirit which NEEDS to be supported and propelled forward. Indie is innovation! Creating against the odds and with modest resources. So drop me an email, be innovative, tell me WHAT DO YOU NEED! It's okay if some of your ideas are a bit out there, or if you think it could never happen, or that no one would do it. Who knows, if you can dream it, there just might be someone crazy enough out there to do it!

Maybe we can create a model of something that can give you what you need, with fewer stumbling blocks. And if the model works, maybe we can create more of them. If we can find a worthwhile model of what can best help you create, then maybe you can turn more of your financial resources towards distribution.
