I am looking to start a commercial and music video production company. I was just wondering what kind of forms/contracts would be necessary to have. If I wanted to purchase some equipment to get me started what would be good items to begin with (lights, editing system, hd camera's)?
And, just what advice can you give me?

business. Each country is different and there are even differences between
cities. Check with yur local SBA.
