I like the limelight like everyone else, but I've never taken to the Oscars - while I do enjoy being the center of attention, I don't like glitz and glamor. Quite honestly, my personality is more geared towards my work and getting the attention in the course of my work, than attending ceremonies or social parties.

The same, I guess, would go for the Cannes film festival, unless I'm there to make contacts or do business.

Of course, I don't anticipate getting an invitation anytime soon to the Oscars or Cannes, so it's a moot point.
