Too often we read scripts with cardboard characters. One-dimensional. Character development is one of the most critical elements to a good story, and often the most overlooked. Do you really understand your characters? In this workshop we'll work with character introductions, dialogue, archetypes, character arcs, back stories, flaws, and much more.

This seminar takes you from the conception of an idea to the realization of that idea on the big or small screen (including, these days, computer screens.) It focuses on who you meet along the way (e.g., agents, producers, actors, studio execs, etc.) and how to deal with all issues from preserving the rights and integrity of your idea to finding the money to make it happen.
