Okay I,'m doing a senor project for my higschool, simply because I, feel I, may be pursuing this career after highschool. actually I,'m pretty sure of it. But I,'ve been trying to research some on film festivals, and I, am finding plenty of information on what they are, and where they will be showing. But there's one thing I, seem to be missing. Do any or certain film festivals give a winning film maker money or support of any kind to kind to finish or make another film? To help the film maker I, mean? To kind of get a indie flick maker a little more on their feet in making their films?

Some do. Some don't.
Doesn't help much, does it? But that's really the only answer. In order to find the festivals that offer cash or equipment or services as a prize for the winners, you'll just need to keep researching.
