MISSION & OBJECTIVE
1. "Every Film Matters"- Respecting the work and effort of every filmmaker's submission by giving all films submitted their own review, regardless of whether or not the film is ultimately accepted into the festival.
2. Combining the love of independent filmmaking with the love of independent winemaking - Providing a setting for people to enjoy films made from around the world, as they sample locally grown wines.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
The Tumbleweed Film Festival (TFF) s scheduled for August 6-8 2010. Located in scenic eastern Washington, the TFF highlights shorts and documentaries from around the world, as well as wines that are produced locally. As fellow filmmakers, who have submitted and presented films, we realize the work that goes into making each movie and the effort it takes to submit them. Therefore, we decided to provide a festival where all filmmakers receive a review and feedback of their movie, whether it is accepted into the TFF or not. Attendees are encourage to watch globally, and drink locally, as each screening at the TFF combines movies from around the world with the wines from local vineyards.
GENERAL RULES
The Tumbleweed Film Festival (TFF) takes place August 6-8 2010.
Entries for short films and documentaries are now being accepted for consideration in this years festival. This year were accepting shorts in any genre: up to 40 minutes in length, and documentaries in any genre of any length. TFF accepts works completed in any media format film, video or digital. Submissions must be received by July 10, 2010.
All entries require:
1 DVD to screen - Region 0 or 1
Synopsis (50 Words or less)

The TFF reserves the right to determine eligibility of any work submitted. All submitted materials become property of the SLOIFF and will not be returned.
All films submitted will receive a review and feedback - not like those other festivals - whether it is accepted into the Festival or not.
