The 2nd annual Seguin Film & Arts Festival is now accepting short films for this year???s competition to be held October 27???29 in Seguin, Texas. All film festival entries must be postmarked by September 1. Categories for independent filmmakers include Documentary, Foreign Language, Drama, Comedy, Animation, and Horror. There is a separate category for student films. The entry fee for independent filmmakers is $15. For the student film category, the fee is $5.
