Toledo, Ohio's BASHCON's featured event, the Phantasmagoria Film Festival is accepting submissions for February 2008! We're in our third year and it should be our biggest yet. We have two contests going on: Short Film and Movie Trailer. (yes, it's alright if you make a trailer for a movie that does not exist!)
