NY TV Festival Info Session in LA

Are you an LA-based documentarian, web series creator, short film producer or just someone with a great idea for a nonscripted TV show?

On Tuesday, May 10th join New York Television Festival staffers for a brief networking and info session, and be the first to learn about the Festival's current opportunities for creators working in the nonscripted space- including initiatives and guaranteed deals with a number of the Festival's network partners and studios. This session is geared toward producers of docu-series, competition series, game shows, talk shows and other nonscripted formats.

WHEN: Tuesday, May 10th
TIME: 6 pm- 8 pm
WHERE: Showbiz Store & Cafe - LA ? 500 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Ground Floor ? Los Angeles, CA
This event is free. Free parking located in building.

CURRENT INITIATIVES- The Independent Pilot Competition
The NYTVF Independent Pilot Competition accepts original, independently produced television and new media pilots in ALL genres.

* Official Selections will be screened at the Festival in September where Official Artists will enjoy exclusive opportunities to meet, pitch and interact with industry decision-makers through Executive Access, NYTVF Pitch Events and Development Chats. Prior to the Festival, Official Selections are shared with Festival partners spanning network, studio, production company, and brand divisions.

The NYTVF is supported by perennial partners FOX, MSN, ABC, NBC Universal, AETN (A&E, History, Lifetime), AMC Networks (IFC, AMC, Sundance), MTV Networks (MTV, Vh1, Spike, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon), ION Television, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment and CAA, as well as new partners USA, Sony Pictures Television, Bing, UTA, Hallmark Channel, FX and BBC America.
