Light Cube Video is seeking video art and films exploring the themes of Independence and Freedom in relation to Sustainability in any of its forms: economic, social or environmental.

FREEDOM SPARKS will be a curated Video/Film Festival opening July 1 at the Visual Voice Gallery in Montreal and distributed on-line at LightCubeVideo.com. The Festival will open July 1 (Canadian Independence Day) and run through the 4th of July, (American Independence Day) for two weeks. Artists will be given the option of selling their works online in digital formats specially formatted for fine art collectors, further underscoring the themes of Independence, Freedom and Sustainability.

There is no entrance fee. Works will be curated into this exhibit by selected independent curators. DEADLINE: May 30, 2010.
