Philadelphia finds itself in the spotlight with a three day celebration of independent film. Starting Friday, February 27th and running through Sunday, February 29th, the 1st Annual Freedom Film Festival will be showing 32 Independent films at the Radisson Plaza-Warwick Hotel on February 27th & 28th and 25 films at the Adam's Mark on February 29th.

Also for filmakers, Mike Lemon Casting will host ?Reality Casting? on Sunday, February 29 from 10 am to 1 pm. This is a special 3-hour seminar and casting event that will give the independent filmmaker a chance to use the muscle of an A-rated Casting Director. Each participating filmmaker will be able to cast their next project for a total cost of $50. Mike Lemon's credits include: Signs, Unbreakable, The Sixth Sense, Ocean's 11, Lucky Numbers, 12 Monkeys, Fallen, Philadelphia, Beloved, Snake Eyes, Up Close and Personal, Jersey Girl and Jesus' Son.
