Contestants will be asked to submit short films?3-7 minutes?via avclub.com that must follow very specific rules (or parameters, if you will). The rules were inspired somewhat by the hyper-restrictive Dogme 95 film movement, but we?ve taken out the pretentious parts in order to have some fun.
