JUST ANNOUNCED: 2016 NYTVF Scripts Competition Accepting Original Sitcom Scripts
Want to get your work in front of agents, managers, and development execs across the TV and digital landscape? Submit to NYTVF Scripts for a chance to have your project named an Official Selection of the 2016 New York Television Festival, become eligible for awards and development deals from NYTVF partners, and engage with the largest collection of television decision-makers anywhere on the Festival circuit.
In its inaugural year, NYTVF Scripts is accepting original, half-hour comedy series pilot scripts from around the world for consideration by broadcast, cable, and digital buyers via NYTVF Connect. Last year, over 75 companies participated in NYTVF Connect, yielding 400+ facilitated meetings between creators and industry partners, participants, and jury members.
To Submit:
NYTVF Scripts submissions should be between 20 and 40 pages in length. In addition, writers should submit a series overview (up to 4 pages) and a writer?s C.V. to be eligible. There is a $50 fee per entry.
