31st Cambridge Film Festival. The submission deadlines for this year's Festival are:

Earlybird: 1 May 2011
Regular: 31 May 2011

Now i am reading its an option for filmmakers based in the Eastern Region (Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk). Free entry will be granted to those filmmakers on condition that they enclose a proof of address with the entry form.
