CALL FOR ENTRIES

The Brownfish Short Film Festival NYC is now accepting submissions through September 15, 2011 for short films 20 minutes and under in length for the categories of Comedy, Drama, Documentary, and Animation.
All films must have been produced/completed within the past 3 years. Non-English submissions are welcome but must be subtitled in English.
The Brownfish Short Film Festival NYC was created to:
-- showcase short films by emerging filmmakers --
-- support the development of the filmmaker as an artist --
-- connect filmmakers with industry and audiences --

This is a judged contest awarding cash and prizes. We believe the greatest support given to filmmakers is financing to make more films.

Submissions must include a signed & completed application form, the submission on DVD* (NTSC format, Region 1 or 0) or online screener (URL/link), and check or money order payable to BROWNFISH.COM. Submission fees are now accepted through Paypal on the site. *DVD submissions will not be returned.
