Each prodCo has room or a booth where distributors can meet and mingle. The best way to pitch is to have a completed films or script. Pitching ideas is not a very good idea.

There are screenings of just finished movies and of works in progress. The best way to show films is to rent one of the screening rooms in a good time slot.
