Hey guys, I'm a fellow film maker and I've never actually sent in any of my films to a Festival yet. The only thing that has held me back is that I'm constantly making new films so I have no time to travel to all the wonderful festivals I'd like to. Now heres where you guys can come in and help me :). I'm not exactly sure what the policy is concerning "attendance of the festival my film is in". For example I have a nice 7 minute short that 'd like to get out to some festivals, but Im not sure if I'd have to actually be at the festival in order to participate. If not, I think my ultimate solution might be to find some online festivals. If you could give me a list of legitimate online festivals that would be cool (since Ive only found Triggerstreet which takes complete ownership of your film once it's entered). All right I know this is getting long, I'll give your eyes some rest, *pops in a movie*.
