5000 Seconds represents a totally new concept in filmmaking!

5000 Seconds will be a truly collective film project. Slices of life from all over the globe will be cut together to tell powerful new stories. You will create and submit your pieces (i.e. raw video footage, video vignettes, short films, short documentaries etc.) that will become part of a feature length film, exactly 5000 seconds long.

Each 5000 Seconds production will center around a particular theme. The first movie will be titled Spark: love. celebration. inspiration. You will have a chance to win cash and prizes and 10% of your submission fees will go to a charity you will help choose.

The film is going to be edited by Erik C. Andersen. His work includes: Madonna: Truth or Dare, Desperado, Four Rooms, Speed 2, Bring It On and NBC???s Las Vegas)
